Marene Estates is a project by Dennis Hutson and Steven Gable to provide affordable housing. Marene Estates is able to work with clients receiving assistance through Section VIII, HOPWA and other programs.

Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA)
Nebraska AIDS Project works with and is a sponsor of the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development's HOPWA program. Applicants must meet income guidelines (80% of avg. income or less for your community), be HIV positive, and assistance is provided on a need basis. Cooperative
for Housing and Support
CHS is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to assisting people with disabilities who have housing needs in the state of Nebraska. Their goal is to eliminate the cycle of homelessness for clients, to ensure long-term success in solving housing issues and to provide a range of supportive services. Assistance offered falls into three categories: Short-term rental and mortgage assistance; Long-term rental asistance; and Supportive services geared towards access to social services.
