Marene Estates

Steve and Denny are still in the process of reconstructing the main house, but the rentals are fine and still able to be rented.  (The main house burned due to a careless roommate's cigarette earlier this year)...

Marene Estates  is a gay-friendly, affordable housing project headed up by Dennis Hutson and Steven Gable of Gering.  The apartments include shared laundry facilities, satellite TV, appliances, and utilities.  

Dennis and Steven would like to thank their mothers - Roene and the late Marge Gable who have helped make this project a reality.
